Who can refer someone?

Referrals can be made by local organisations and services supporting people in the community, such as:

  • Schools and colleges
  • Charities and support services
  • Community groups
  • Youth services
  • Health or social care teams

Who can receive a care package?

Care packages are for individuals or families who are:
  • Struggling emotionally or financially
  • Feeling isolated or going through a difficult time
  • In need of a small boost or reminder that someone cares
All referrals must be for people living within the Hinckley and Bosworth area.

Types of packages

Packages are tailored where possible and may include:
  • General positivity packages
  • Personal care packages
  • Children’s packages
  • Family packages
