Positivity by Post now supports people within Hinckley and Bosworth. Care packages are offered through referrals from trusted local organisations and community partners.
Can I apply for a package myself?
We are no longer accepting individual or UK-wide applications. Care packages are now provided through referrals from local organisations to help keep the project sustainable and ensure support reaches those most in need.
I live outside Hinckley and Bosworth. Can I still apply?
Unfortunately, we are no longer able to offer UK-wide packages. The project is now focused on supporting the local community so it can continue in a sustainable and meaningful way.
How does the referral system work?
Local organisations such as food banks, schools, charities, and support services can refer someone for a care package. Once a referral is received, a package will be prepared and sent depending on availability and capacity.

What is included in a care package?
Each package is different, but they usually include a selection of small gifts, treats, self-care items, and a handwritten message to brighten someone’s day.
How much does a care package cost?
Care packages are completely free for the person receiving them. The project is funded through donations and community support.
Can I nominate someone?
Nominations are now made through local organisations only. If you’re concerned about someone, you may wish to contact a local support service or community organisation who can advise you.
